At ODS we are developing projects for our clients: large consumers, investors, energy players.

As part of our growth and evolution process, we need to incorporate a RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR profile.

The person we are looking for will be responsible for overseeing the project throughout its administrative phase prior to construction, i.e. from the awarding of the connection point to the “ready to build” moment. Your responsibility will include ensuring that the project obtains the necessary licences, permits and authorisations for it to be built.

We are looking for a person with great organisational skills, meticulous in the tasks, ability to follow up, ease of management with the public administration in all its areas.

You will be responsible for providing on time all the documentation required by the projects and for communication with the different partners involved in the project.

Verbal and written communication skills are required at a high level. High level of spoken English is a must.

The position can be located either in BARCELONA or SEVILLE.

Main functions:

– Development planning and promotion of energy projects.

– Management of development and promotion contracts with clients.

– Follow-up of dates, deadlines, compliance with contracts.

– Analysis of project processing regulations.

– Management of contracting of services necessary for the development of projects.

– Relationship and monitoring of development service contracts.

– Relationship, follow-up and negotiation with administrations, Industry, Environmental Services, Mining Service.

– Relationship, monitoring and negotiation with public and private organisations, Confederations, Public Works, Electricity Companies, railway planning, City Councils, others.

– Management of public and private asset allocations.

– Applications for authorisations, licences and permits.

– Management of responses to requests from the competent administration

– Drafting of status and progress reports on projects.

Requirements:

– Ideal training in technical engineering or law degree with Master in Urban Planning or Technical Architect.

– Office tools

– Costing Tools: Presto, Manfis, Arquimedes, others

– Project Management Tools: MS Project, Primavera

– Task management tools: MS Teams pro, Asana, others.

– English advanced level.
