As part of our growth and evolution process, we need to incorporate an URBAN TECHNICIAN profile for RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS.<\/p>\n
We need to fill the position of town planner in a company that develops and promotes renewable energy projects for project management functions, with knowledge in the legal field relating to territorial actions, leasing contracts, purchase, property registration.<\/p>\n
We are looking for a person with great organisational skills, meticulous in the tasks, ability to follow up, ease of management with the public administration in all its fields.<\/p>\n

Main functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n – Urban pre-feasibility studies on energy projects.<\/p>\n – Drafting of urban planning Memories. Application for ICUs<\/p>\n – Drafting of town planning memorandums in construction projects.<\/p>\n – Communications with the Municipal Urban Planning Service<\/p>\n – drafting of action plans.<\/p>\n – Preparation of responses to town planning and land-use planning requirements.<\/p>\n – Request for archaeological prospecting studies<\/p>\n – Analysis of PGOUs, territorial development plans<\/p>\n – drafting of segregation, aggregation and reparcelling reports.<\/p>\n – Obtaining IVG.
