As part of our growth and evolution process, we need to incorporate an URBAN TECHNICIAN profile for RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS.

We need to fill the position of town planner in a company that develops and promotes renewable energy projects for project management functions, with knowledge in the legal field relating to territorial actions, leasing contracts, purchase, property registration.

We are looking for a person with great organisational skills, meticulous in the tasks, ability to follow up, ease of management with the public administration in all its fields.

Se requiere un alto nivel de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Main functions:

– Urban pre-feasibility studies on energy projects.

– Drafting of urban planning Memories. Application for ICUs

– Drafting of town planning memorandums in construction projects.

– Communications with the Municipal Urban Planning Service

– drafting of action plans.

– Preparation of responses to town planning and land-use planning requirements.

– Request for archaeological prospecting studies

– Analysis of PGOUs, territorial development plans

– drafting of segregation, aggregation and reparcelling reports.

– Obtaining IVG. Cadastre.

– Applications to land registries

– Technical-legal analysis of property deeds.

– Management of public and private property affectations.

Requisitos:

– Technical Architect

– Law Degree with a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning

– Topographical tools, Cad, GIS and geographic information systems in general.

– Office tools

– town planning legislation, land registry, land registry.
